These Terms apply in both English and Bengali; in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. No statement made through an intermediary, third-party agent, or unauthorized representative has the power to amend these Terms. To access our services, users must be legal citizens or permanent residents of Bangladesh and are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their jurisdiction. sona 104 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email address.
2. Account Creation & Security
To create an account on sona 104, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false, incomplete, or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any accumulated balance. Each user may only maintain one account — if the same person is found to be operating multiple accounts, all of them will be terminated. It is solely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not to share them with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately. sona 104 may request a copy of your National ID or other government-issued document for account verification purposes and reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete. The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active at all times to ensure that important notifications can reach you.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using sona 104, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and treat other users with respect. Any attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures, software, or technical infrastructure is strictly prohibited. Operating on the platform using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other unauthorized tools is not permitted and will result in immediate account closure. Fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial activity conducted through your account is strictly forbidden, and sona 104 reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities. If unusual betting patterns, bonus abuse, or exploitation of system errors is detected on a user's account, sona 104 reserves the right to void the transactions in question. Harassment, obscene language, or hate speech through the platform's chat or any communication channel is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure. Reselling betting services or operating sub-agency activities through sona 104 to third parties is not allowed.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on sona 104 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through Bangladesh's recognized mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified on the platform's payment page, and sona 104 reserves the right to adjust these limits. Withdrawal requests generally take between 3 and 72 hours to process, though this may take longer if account verification or a security review is required. Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in the same name as the sona 104 account — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. Deposited funds may not be withdrawable before they have been used for betting; wagering requirements apply to certain bonuses and promotional deposits. If an incorrect amount is credited or withdrawn due to a technical error, sona 104 reserves the right to correct the discrepancy, and users are required to cooperate in that process.

5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the sona 104 website and application — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software code, databases, and gaming interfaces — is protected by the intellectual property rights of sona 104 or its respective licensors. Users are permitted to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only; copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any content for commercial purposes is not allowed. Unauthorized use of sona 104's trademarks, brand name, or slogans is prohibited by law, and any infringement will be subject to legal action. Any third-party links or references on the platform are provided solely for informational convenience; sona 104 accepts no responsibility for the content, reliability, or security of those third-party websites. Accessing a third-party site is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to that site's own terms and conditions and privacy policy. 6. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
Sona 104 makes every effort to keep its platform running smoothly and free of errors; however, it disclaims all liability for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server downtime, or third-party service failures. sona 104 is not responsible for lost bets or incomplete transactions resulting from internet disconnection, mobile device failure, or power outages. Betting and gaming inherently carry financial risk, and users must knowingly accept that risk — sona 104 does not guarantee any winnings. Under no circumstances shall sona 104's total liability exceed the original value of the transaction in question.
The following rules apply to account suspension or closure:
- In the event of a breach of these Terms, sona 104 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.
- If evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or the operation of multiple accounts is found, all accumulated balances will be forfeited.
- If a user wishes to close their own account, they must submit a request through our support team. The closure will take effect once all pending transactions have been settled.
- For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months), sona 104 may apply an inactivity fee or archive the account.
- If a balance remains after an account is closed, it will be returned to the registered mobile banking account once the applicable verification process is completed.
- There will be an opportunity to appeal a suspended account, and our team will review it within 7 business days.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Sona 104 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website, and continued use of the platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance via registered email or SMS. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute or claim must first be addressed through negotiation; if a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. A delay or waiver in exercising any right by sona 104 does not constitute a permanent relinquishment of that right. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
